These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of construction fencing installation services by Clearresourceroute ("we", "us", "our", "the Company") to any person or organisation who engages our services ("you", "the Customer"). By instructing us to carry out work, requesting a quotation, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and, where applicable in Scotland, the law of Scotland, reflecting the location of our registered address in Glasgow.
Clearresourceroute is a provider of construction fencing installation services, operating from:
If you have any questions about these Terms, an existing order, or wish to make a complaint, please contact us using the details above. We aim to respond to all enquiries promptly.
Orders for fencing installation services may be requested by telephone, email, or via any enquiry form on our website. Following your enquiry, we will provide a written quotation setting out the scope of works, the site address, estimated timescale, and price. No contract exists between you and Clearresourceroute until we have confirmed acceptance of your order in writing, whether by email or a formal order confirmation. Please check all details in the confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any errors, as this forms the basis of the work we will carry out.
We reserve the right to decline any order, for example where a site is inaccessible, unsafe, or where required permissions or site information have not been provided.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and, unless stated otherwise, include the supply and installation of the agreed fencing materials, labour, and standard site setup directly related to the confirmed scope of work. Prices do not include any additional works not specified in the quotation, such as groundworks, removal of existing structures, or reinstatement, unless expressly agreed in writing.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quotation and may include a deposit prior to commencement of works, with the balance due on completion or as otherwise agreed. Payment can be made by the methods specified on your invoice or order confirmation. Prices may vary where site conditions differ materially from those described to us at the time of quotation, and we will notify you of any such variation before proceeding.
You may cancel an order by contacting us in writing before work has commenced. Where materials have already been ordered or works have begun, we reserve the right to charge for costs reasonably incurred up to the point of cancellation. If you are a consumer and the contract was entered into at a distance (for example, entirely by telephone or email without an in-person visit), you may have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and we will inform you of these rights separately where they apply.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us at info@clearresourceroute.com with details of your complaint. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe, and where appropriate, arrange a site visit or remedial works.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded under the law of the United Kingdom. Subject to this, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for the relevant works, and we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss of use, arising from delays, site conditions beyond our reasonable control, or third-party interference with installed fencing.
Our website sets only one cookie, named consent_ok, which stores your cookie consent choice for a period of one year. We do not use any analytics, tracking, or session cookies. Advertising measurement tools operate only after you have given consent, and only on the order confirmation page. For further information on how your personal data is handled, please refer to our separate Privacy Policy, or contact us directly using the details above. Should you have concerns regarding the processing of your personal data that we are unable to resolve, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the supervisory authority for data protection in the United Kingdom.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version published on our website at the time you place an order will apply to that order. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
